Refund policy

7. Returns & Exchanges All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns or exchanges are only accepted in limited cases and at the sole discretion of Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable. Please note if you purchase insurance with Route all inquiries are handled by Route and not Golden Orchid Jewelry. Route resolves issues related to lost, stolen, and damaged orders. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here or you can email support@route.com.

 

7a. Returns
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If an acceptable refund is specifically indicated on the customer receipt, the customer must contact Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC at Edna@goldenorhcidjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery if shipped or 48hr of purchased if in-person sale to request a return. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns are accepted only in limited cases and at the sole discretion of Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC.

·        Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with intact original tags attached and original packaging.

·        Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or engraved jewelry, final-sale, and clearance items cannot be returned.

·        Social Media & Third-Party Sales: Purchases made through but not limited to TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram, Instagram Live, or WhatsApp are subject to the same return policies as online and in-person sales.

·        Proof of Purchase: All returns or exchanges require proof of purchase.

·        Return Shipping & Packaging Costs:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping. Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during any return shipping; the risk remains with the customer.

If a return is made for an item not eligible for a refund, the customer is fully responsible for providing a prepaid return shipping label. Returned items will be shipped back to the customer using the same packaging provided by the customer, and Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

 

·       Refunds & Credits: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, which may take up to 5 -10 business days. After completing the inspection, we will notify you of your refund eligibility. If eligible, the customer will receive online store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
