1C. In-Person Sales Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC may also conduct in-person sales, including but not limited to pop-up events, trade shows, networking events, and private appointments. All in-person transactions are governed by these same Terms and Conditions, including our Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Limitation of Liability provisions. By completing an in-person purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms apply to your transaction in the same manner as online or social media sales. Because each piece is unique, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. The color and product details you see is dependent on your computer monitor, cell phone and or any electronic device you use to browse the website we cannot guarantee that the color and details that you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your electronic device. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. All items are sold as is.
4. Pricing, Availability & Order Acceptance All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing or description errors may occur. No contract is formed until your order is accepted and shipped (or confirmed in writing for in-person transactions). These Terms apply to all purchases made via our website and third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram, Instagram Live, WhatsApp, or any authorized in-person sale conducted by Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC. If an error is identified after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, issue a refund, and notify you promptly.
5. Payment & Sales Tax Payment is due at checkout or point of sale. We accept the payment methods displayed on each platform or payment terminal. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated based on your shipping or billing address in accordance with North Carolina and U.S. law.
6. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns or exchanges are only accepted in limited cases and at the sole discretion of Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable. Please note if you purchase insurance with Route all inquiries are handled by Route and not Golden Orchid Jewelry. Route resolves issues related to lost, stolen, and damaged orders. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here or you can email support@route.com.
7a. Returns
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If an acceptable refund is specifically indicated on the customer receipt, the customer must contact Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC at Edna@goldenorhcidjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery if shipped or 48hr of purchased if in-person sale to request a return. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns are accepted only in limited cases and at the sole discretion of Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC.
· Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with intact original tags attached and original packaging.
· Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or engraved jewelry, final-sale, and clearance items cannot be returned.
· Social Media & Third-Party Sales: Purchases made through but not limited to TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram, Instagram Live, or WhatsApp are subject to the same return policies as online and in-person sales.
· Proof of Purchase: All returns or exchanges require proof of purchase.
· Return Shipping & Packaging Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping. Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during any return shipping; the risk remains with the customer.
If a return is made for an item not eligible for a refund, the customer is fully responsible for providing a prepaid return shipping label. Returned items will be shipped back to the customer using the same packaging provided by the customer, and Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
· Refunds & Credits: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, which may take up to 5 -10 business days. After completing the inspection, we will notify you of your refund eligibility. If eligible, the customer will receive online store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
8. Warranty & Repairs All jewelry is sold as is, without express or implied warranties, except where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property All designs, text, images, logos, and materials displayed on our website, live broadcasts, or marketing materials are the property of Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. User-Generated Content By submitting photos, reviews, videos, or other content featuring Golden Orchid products—whether via our website and/or third-party platforms including but not limited TikTok, Instagram, or WhatsApp—you grant Golden Orchid Jewelry LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional or marketing purposes. You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that its use will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
